Welcome to Shenny's at the Crest!

Welcome to our site. We've been renting out two apartments weekly since the summer of 1995. In 2000, we purchased additional adjacent units next to the units we already had. That's a total of five apartments in the two houses for rent. Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are at 304 East Saint Paul Avenue. Apartment A, Apartment B, and Apartment C are at 326 East Saint Paul Avenue. We are located between Atlantic and Seaview Avenues.

Each apartment presents a clean and comfortable atmosphere. All apartments have air-conditioning, heat, cable TV, living room, and an eat-in kitchen. An outside shower is available for use by all. Off-street parking is available in a quiet neighborhood.

In-season rates run during July up to and including Labor Day weekend. Off-season rates run through the other months.
